CEDA Debt Caseworker
Reporting to: To be confirmed
Salary: £24,000 fte starting salary, rising to £26,000 fte.
Hours of work: 37 per week
Location: Grantham or Spalding office
Role purpose: To deliver good quality information, advice and casework to clients in debt, with due regard to the aims, policies and procedures of the organisation and service, working within a client focussed and responsive team. This will be delivered via phone at our contact centre and you’ll support clients who access the service directly as well as those that have a pre-booked appointment.
